Saturday, September 16 at Alice in Copenhagen. Naja Rosa Koppel on vocals with Nikolaj Hess (piano), Thomas Vang (bass), Anders Holm (drums), Frank Hasselstrøm (keyboards and horns). The five musicians have played together across the board in other bands such as The Savage Rose, Naja Rosa, Hess Is More and more.

That Saturday evening I experienced warm, soulful and gritty music with great depth. Naja is a generous and transformative artist with a poetic and full-bodied voice that embraces both the light and darkness of existence – a sentiment that stayed with me throughout the weekend.
